Vázquez has appeared in over 35 films, working with directors such as Ridley Scott, Steven Soderbergh, and Steven Spielberg.
He has worked in fund development, youth services, education, and workforce development, serving on the California State welfare reform Youth Services Committee.
In 1993 he was awarded Arts-maker of the Year in Sonoma County, CA. Cook is also a professional underground poker dealer and grifter. MATTHEW MAHER performed in Eric Bogosian’s play One Plus One, at the Powerhouse Theater at New York Stage and Film.
